Advantages and Functions of V-Guides
A conveyor belt can be effectively equipped with one or more V-guides to ensure precise longitudinal tracking, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of the belt drive system.
We offer a wide range of PU and PVC V-guides, available in both smooth and toothed profiles. Our thermoplastic guides can be directly welded onto the belt—either on the top or bottom side—using our specialized welding equipment.
PVC guides come in white, green, blue, and black, while PU guides are available in white, transparent, green, and blue. All our blue and white guiding profiles are food-grade approved.
