The upper and lower platens are equipped with high-quality laser-cut silicone heating plates and an integrated water cooling system, ensuring fast and uniform temperature control.
With dual-sided heating, the press reaches up to 180°C in just 20–30 minutes. Once heating stops, the system cools rapidly from 180°C to 90°C in 3–5 minutes, dramatically improving efficiency. Temperature accuracy is tightly controlled within ±2°C, with temperature difference across platens less than 3°C, meeting the high demands of industrial PVC belt splicing.
